This work presents the results of a case study in which professionals work in collaboration tohelp a student with attentiondeficit with hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) learn physics. Twokinds of activities were1espect1: activities that includesimulations and traditional ones. Theattention span of the student in both kinds of activities was compared; in activitiesthat includesimulations this span was longer and the disruptive actions were less frequent. Due to thisinformation, the
use of simulations in physics learning activities oriented to students withADHD proves revealing.
